 GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Group fitness classes help you burn calories and improve muscle tone, while having fun at the same time! Let National Fitness Center’s certified aerobic instructors motivate and challenge you to a new level of fitness.
 
Getting Started…
All classes are appropriate for beginners with little or no experience. Selecting the class that is right for you will depend on what benefits you want to reap. Choose a strength workout if you are interested in adding muscle definition, a cardio class to build cardiovascular endurance and shed a few extra pounds, or a yoga class for flexibility, strength, and stress reduction.
